The Beating Heart of Innovation: System Logistics' Headquarters
Nestled within the Emilian Innovation Valley, in Fiorano Modenese, the headquarters of System Logistics, called LogHouse, is a state-of-the-art environment, skillfully designed to stimulate innovation and promote employee well-being. With the inauguration of the new Headquarters in 2020, System Logistics has reaffirmed its connection to the territory that saw its birth back in 1976.
Designed according to sustainable architecture criteria, LogHouse embodies the company's vision of combining advanced technology and respect for the environment and people. Expansive windows, innovative energy-saving solutions, and photovoltaic panels that produce more than the required demand, make this headquarters a model of efficiency and sustainability, fully aligned with the goals of System Logistics and the Krones Group. The ambitious target is to reduce CO2 by 80% and water consumption and the production of hazardous waste by 10% (based on 2019) by 2030.
With an area of almost 80,000 square meters, of which 20,700 are dedicated to production and logistics, and nearly 8,000 to modern and bright offices, it is the beating heart of intralogistics. In addition to the operational spaces, the Headquarters includes common areas designed to foster collaboration and the exchange of ideas, complemented by a free company restaurant for employees and other welfare services, to create a stimulating and people-oriented work environment.
Leveraging almost 50 years of experience in the industry, System Logistics has transformed LogHouse into an advanced logistics hub, capable of offering excellent performance thanks to the technologies produced internally. The headquarters represents an open showroom for visits, where customers can experience the solutions firsthand.
LogHouse is a place of constant evolution, where technological excellence blends with a focus on people, generating a cutting-edge ecosystem that fully reflects System Logistics' mission to lead progress in intralogistics.
